    Obedience

    “Wh…what?”

Song Linlin’s pupils trembled in shock, and she began to doubt whether she had heard correctly. Licking it clean? That was just too embarrassing!

Her gaze drifted downward, lingering on the wound on the forearm, and then she couldn’t look away. Blood was dripping from the wound, spreading along the skin’s texture, mingling with a hint of gold. The round, crimson blood droplets resembled red gemstones, rolling down and about to fall.

Song Linlin’s pupils instinctively contracted. She had underestimated the allure of that drop of essence blood to her.

As a human with a pure yin constitution, she was naturally drawn to things containing pure yin energy. Moreover, in this world, few things could rival the purity and rarity of the yin energy within Chi Qianning’s essence blood.

Now, what should have been ordinary blood seemed to emit a rich, intoxicating fragrance. Song Linlin found it hard to describe the sensation, but the moment she saw the blood, her body was overwhelmed with an intense craving.

It was like a parched traveler in the desert suddenly encountering a clear spring, its water sweet and cool, making one want to rush forward and drink deeply.

Even the spiritual energy within her body began to stir restlessly. As a drop of blood was about to fall, Song Linlin instinctively gasped, inhaling sharply.

At that moment, she truly felt the urge to lick it, but her mind kept struggling, repeating, “No, no, you don’t want to lick someone else’s blood. That’s just too perverse…”

Chi Qianning, of course, could see Song Linlin’s inner conflict at a glance. Her eyes were fixed on the wound, unable to look away, yet her face showed hesitation, clearly engaged in an internal battle.

She chuckled softly, her voice cold yet strangely alluring, like a demon’s whisper, enticing and encouraging: “Do you want it?”

“Then come and lick it clean yourself. There’s no shame in it.”

“You’re just following your own desires. Come on, it’s fine.”

Chi Qianning’s voice echoed in her ears. Song Linlin reluctantly tore her gaze away from the wound and looked up, meeting Chi Qianning’s deep crimson eyes, darker than the blood itself.

Chi Qianning stood with her back to the light, the moonlight streaming through the window casting a soft glow on her back and her silver hair. She seemed bathed in a cold, holy light, giving her an almost divine aura.

For a moment, Song Linlin felt as if she were gazing at a deity who had descended to the mortal world. But this was no noble god. When their eyes met, Song Linlin saw clearly—those crimson eyes were smiling, filled with a bewitching charm, encouraging her to kiss Chi Qianning’s arm and lick her blood.

Chi Qianning glanced at the wound, where blood was still slowly welling up, and said with a smile, “Hmm, the blood is about to drip.”

Faced with those eyes, Song Linlin didn’t resist for long. She yielded to the desire deep within her, lowered her head, cradled Chi Qianning’s arm, and licked the drop of blood that was about to fall.

Chi Qianning’s skin was still cold, but in contrast, the warm blood felt strangely scalding. The metallic sweetness spread across her tongue as she followed the trail of blood upward. The crimson stain disappeared, leaving only a faint, moist sheen.

Looking down at the person who was now licking her blood, Chi Qianning placed her free hand on Song Linlin’s head, gently patting it in encouragement.

    “Good girl. So obedient.”
