Sister’s Secret 6

Blood

“Sister, actually, I can do it myself. Next time, I can handle this by myself. It’s too embarrassing for you to help me. My leg is injured, but my hands are fine.”

Su Xin said, feeling very embarrassed.

It seems like she has never been so intimate with anyone to the point of needing help with taking off and putting on pants, unless it was in a shower together or during daily activities.

“Mm.”

Yan Xingyu nodded, her expression so serious that it was impossible to discern her inner thoughts. It seemed like a very ordinary action, making Su Xin feel like she was making a fuss over nothing.

“Sleep now. If you need anything, just call me. I will wake up.”

Yan Xingyu placed Su Xin on the bed and covered her with a blanket.

“Okay, but I probably won’t. It’s so late already, I’m really sorry to trouble you. Sister, you should go to sleep quickly.”

Su Xin urged.

“Mm, okay.”

Yan Xingyu touched her own palm, closed the door, and walked out.

Just now, when she picked up the little princess, she smelled a faint fragrance on her body, a sweet scent that belonged to blood, which made her heart uncontrollably surge with emotion.

She restrained that impulse, restrained the urge to sink her sharp fangs into her tender white neck and wantonly savor that sweet blood.

It seemed very delicious, but unfortunately, if she did that, it would frighten her sister. In fact, not just her, but probably everyone would be scared.

Yan Xingyu returned to her room, opened the refrigerator in the guest room, and poured out a glass of red liquid from a wine bottle.

Yan Xingyu took a sip, suppressing the astringent sensation on her tongue.

It was a blood pack that she had specially purchased from the hospital. To her, type O blood was actually the most delicious. This type of blood wasn’t the most common, but it wasn’t rare either, so she had never gone hungry.

What used to taste very delicious now felt somewhat astringent.

Yan Xingyu put down the wine glass and licked her lips. What to do? She really wanted to make a move on her sister.

Over there, Su Xin, unaware that she was being thought of, happily slept through the night until noon the next day.

As long as Su Xin didn’t go out, no one would come to disturb her. Yan Xingyu wouldn’t bother her either; even if she slept for an entire day and night, she wouldn’t say anything.

Like a useless person, Su Xin was struggling to move on the bed, trying to hop to the bathroom using her uninjured leg.

Obviously, this action was too difficult for her body. Su Xin felt pain after just one hop.

Su Xin was frustrated inside, thinking how useless her body was.

She sat back on the bed and dialed Yan Xingyu’s phone number.

“Sister, are you busy? I think I might need your help now. If it’s inconvenient for you, I can ask the butler or Qianqian to come.”

Su Xin said sullenly.

“It’s okay, I’m not busy. I’m in my room. I’ll come to you right away.”

Su Xin couldn’t tell if it was just her imagination, but she felt Yan Xingyu’s voice sounded weaker than it did yesterday.

Yan Xingyu’s skin was very white, and it wasn’t the healthy, smooth jade white, but an unhealthy pale.

Her face, which already had no color, was now even paler.

But she still looked very normal, not giving the impression that she was very weak.

“Sister, you don’t look well. Are you sick?”

(If you're not reading on littlepandatranslations.com, it means this has been stolen)

Su Xin asked with concern.

“It’s okay. Should I help you to the bathroom, or carry you?”

Before Su Xin could make her choice, she was lifted into the air.

Did she even have a choice?

“It’s still faster to carry you.”

Yan Xingyu carried Su Xin to the sink. Su Xin had one foot in a slipper and began to wash up in a one-legged stance like a golden rooster standing on one leg.1

After washing up and filling the water, Yan Xingyu carried Su Xin back to the bed.

“If you want to eat something, call the cook, and let Qianqian bring your lunch up later.”

Yan Xingyu cleared her throat a few times, a faint blush appearing on her face.

Yan Xingyu pressed her tongue against the tip of her own tongue. She thought she needed to leave her sister’s room quickly; she seemed to be losing control.

Why hadn’t she noticed before that her sister had such a strong attraction to her, making her want to pin that bewildered girl down right now and savor her blood.

“Okay. Sister, are you really okay? Do you need a doctor to take a look?”

“I know my limits, no need to worry.”

“How can I not worry? You’re my sister.”

Su Xin, self-righteously acting cute while wearing her little girl facade, pouted.

Yan Xingyu gave a slight smile and walked out.

Su Xin called the cook to tell her what she wanted to eat today, then started playing on her phone like a salted fish.

A phone is a great thing; you never get tired of playing with it, though staring at it for a long time can be exhausting.

Before Su Xin’s lunch arrived, she received a call from Zhang Shu.

“What happened to you? The teacher said you took leave because you got injured. What’s going on?”

Zhang Shu’s tone sounded very anxious, expressing her concern.

“It’s nothing serious. I’ll be fine after a few weeks of rest. I’ll return to school once my cast is removed. I accidentally fell when I got home last night, and my leg got hurt.”

Su Xin comforted her good friend. Although she didn’t really like the term “bestie,” Zhang Shu was a very good person and genuinely cared about her.

Lin Qiaoqiao was actually quite lucky to have such a good friend by her side.

“I’ll come to see you after school this afternoon, okay? Which hospital are you in?”

“No, I’m at home.”

“Hmm? At home? How can you not go to the hospital to rest after getting injured and stay at home instead?”

Zhang Shu’s tone carried a hint of reproach.

“Because my family has a private doctor.”

This sounded quite pretentious, Su Xin thought, after all, she was a high-end player.

“Uh… okay, then can I come to see you this afternoon?”

“I’ll ask my family and let you know this afternoon.”

Su Xin didn’t directly refuse, she just said she would ask.

Because she wasn’t sure if Yan Xingyu would allow her to bring a classmate home, after all, Yan Xingyu’s identity was a bit special, and she probably didn’t like strangers.

(If you're not reading on littlepandatranslations.com, it means this has been stolen)

Moreover, Su Xin still had to cover up a lie left by the original owner.

After all, the original owner said publicly that her family situation was that her parents were alive, the family was wealthy, and they were happy and harmonious. But the truth was far from that; except for being wealthy, everything else was a lie.

Su Xin rubbed her forehead and thought, forget it, too lazy to cover it up, it’s not like it’s something shameful.

Su Xin ate her lunch, which the cook had prepared: dry pot thousand-layer tofu and a bowl of soybean pig’s trotter soup.

The idea of eating what is beneficial for where you have a problem, and that eating specific foods can nourish specific parts of the body, is a concept that Chinese people have always upheld.

Su Xin didn’t want to think about anything, she focused on enjoying the delicacies in front of her.

Qianqian quietly stayed beside her, waiting to clean up after Su Xin finished eating.

“Qianqian, what do you usually do when you’re not doing these tasks?”

Su Xin planned to chat with Qianqian while eating.

In Su Xin’s view, everyone in the villa was quite mysterious. Besides the original owner, Lin Qiaoqiao, the other three people were quite hard to read.

Qianqian started working here when the original owner, Lin Qiaoqiao, was 14 years old. Before that, there were only the butler and the cook in the villa.

Now the original owner is 18, four years have passed, and Qianqian’s appearance hasn’t changed at all in the original owner’s memory.

Qianqian wore a maid outfit, her expression always smiling. She looked like a girl around twenty years old before, and she still does now. It feels like time has left no trace on her.

“Nothing much, just reading books and playing with my phone.”

Qianqian said gently, feeling a bit embarrassed when she mentioned playing with her phone.

“Qianqian, what cosmetics and skincare products do you use? It feels like you haven’t changed at all over these years; you’re still so pretty, and I’ve grown up.”

Qianqian was visibly stunned for a moment and then shook her head.

“Miss, I don’t like using those things. No change? Maybe it’s because Miss hasn’t paid much attention.”

Qianqian touched her face, looking a bit more lively than before.

Su Xin laughed a few times and continued eating.

“The cook’s skills are as good as ever. I wonder where Sister found her. It seems like the cook can make any dish.”

“Not really. There are actually quite a few dishes Auntie can’t make, but if Miss wants to eat them, Auntie will learn how to make them, and she always succeeds.”

Qianqian praised the cook’s superb skills.

“But the cook probably won’t be able to cook for me in a few years, right? After all, she’s getting older, and it’s time for her to take a good rest. I just wonder if I’ll be able to get used to food without her around.”

“No, you won’t.”

Qianqian said.

“Hmm? What do you mean?”

Qianqian, however, did not speak again. No matter how much Su Xin pressed her, she just silently shook her head.

“Finished eating, you can clean up now.”

Su Xin wiped her mouth. Qianqian cleaned up everything, wiped the small table clean, then took the table off Su Xin’s bed and placed it beside the bed.

Yan Xingyu, after leaving Su Xin’s room, quickly returned to her own room and closed the door.

Blood flowed from her throat into her stomach. Yan Xingyu held her head, the corners of her eyes reddening.

This time it was even more intense than before. She had already drunk three cups today.

In the past, one cup a day was enough to satisfy her needs. During times of restlessness, three cups would suffice. But now, it was only noon, and she had already drunk three cups.

(If you're not reading on littlepandatranslations.com, it means this has been stolen)

The restlessness in her body was soothed by the icy cold blood. Yan Xingyu placed the wine glass on the table, looking at the pitch-black room.

Yan Xingyu called the butler in.

“The last bottle only has one cup left. Go and procure some more.”

“Miss, why did you drink so quickly this time?”

The butler sensed something was wrong, smelling a faint scent of alcohol in the room, mixed with the smell of blood.

“I don’t know, just go quickly. I’m afraid I won’t be able to suppress it today.”

Yan Xingyu looked at the calendar, frowning slightly.

Her fingers danced on the keyboard, typing out a string of English.

YAN: Do you feel anything different about your body today? My craving for blood has suddenly increased a lot.

S: Yan, you might be growing up.

Yan Xingyu closed the laptop, thinking that her brain-sick cousin might have infected her with his idiocy.

Yan Xingyu, after closing the laptop, did not see her cousin add another sentence.

S: Or maybe you’ve encountered love.
