Little Sweetness 4
The longevity star’s1 expression suddenly stiffened, and everyone else’s expressions stiffened along with it.
Meng Zikun and Chen Baixiao stopped guessing fists2 and stopped drinking, silently watching Su Xin.
The sound of singing came to an abrupt halt, as if a throat had been choked.
Qiu Qingqing abruptly sat up straight, and the room fell into a strange silence.
The longevity star really wanted to hold his head and cry bitterly. Why! How could he be so unlucky today! He had only wanted to make a joke with great difficulty!
The longevity star was just about to give an awkward laugh to smooth things over—forcing Su Xin to do something like this, he was simply waiting to get beaten up—but then he saw Su Xin actually stand up, her gaze sweeping over everyone in the room.
Chen Baixiao couldn’t help but glance over. Although he knew it was unlikely, he still held a small hope in his heart.
Meng Zikun pushed up his glasses, looking like he was ready to watch a good show.
The cheerful background music was still playing, and Qiu Qingqing’s heart began to sway along with it.
KISS ME.
Su Xin picked up the beer on the table and took a large gulp. The liquid flowed down her beautiful chin and onto her fair neck. Su Xin was wearing a black shirt today, which made her skin appear even fairer.
The droplet flowed into her clothes, revealing a unique kind of beauty under the illumination of the multicolored lights.
Su Xin’s eyes were bright. She was like a beast patrolling its territory, high and mighty, searching for suitable prey.
The uninvolved people had all shrunk their presence, knowing that this kind of good thing was not going to fall upon them.
As Su Xin swallowed, Qiu Qingqing couldn’t help but swallow as well.
“You all should be able to guess.”
Su Xin’s long hair wasn’t tied up properly today. She gave her hair a handsome flick and walked in front of Qiu Qingqing, winking at her.
Qiu Qingqing stood up and smiled at her.
Whistles and applause, it was unknown who started it, but it soon spread throughout the room.
“Whoa…”
The sounds of hooting and cheering were endless, and the previously stiff atmosphere was swept away.
Su Xin and Qiu Qingqing drew closer and closer. Qiu Qingqing’s eyelashes trembled lightly, but she tried hard to make herself look natural and poised.
“This is my first kiss, you know. You have to be gentle.”
Su Xin’s words carried an undisguised teasing tone. Qiu Qingqing nodded noncommittally; how was it not the same for her.
Drawing ever closer, a smile in her eyes, Su Xin leaned in and kissed her.
She reached out and cupped the back of Qiu Qingqing’s head. Qiu Qingqing wrapped her arms around Su Xin’s waist, deepening the kiss.
“Whoa!!!”
The onlooking melon-eating masses3 grew more and more excited.
Whoa! Someone’s kissing! Who cares who it is! Just clap!
The person singing picked up the mic again and started to get the party going.
Lips and tongues intertwined, colliding and shooting out strange and impassioned sparks.
The color-changing lights passed over Su Xin’s face. In that moment, Qiu Qingqing’s eyes saw only that beautiful pair of eyes.
No one knew why a kiss between two girls could so stir the restlessness in the depths of one’s heart.
Some couples couldn’t help but get intimate as well, drawing playful laughter from others.
Su Xin released Qiu Qingqing. Her lips, from the alcohol and the kiss, had deepened in color.
She wiped her thumb across her lips, revealing a roguish smile4, that looked dangerous and sexy, striking straight to the heart.
Qiu Qingqing licked her lips and returned to her seat, showing no sign of anything unusual.
Only she knew how she had almost lost control just now.
She had completely wanted to disregard where she was and who was around, wanting only to wrap her arms around Su Xin’s waist, pull her into her embrace, and devour her lips and tongue.
But she couldn’t. So she had very restrainedly released her hands the very instant Su Xin started to pull away.
The vague, unreal things that had been drifting in her heart now seemed to clear, as if a fog had lifted, allowing her to see a little more clearly.
Meng Zikun and Chen Baixiao continued guessing fists and drinking. Chen Baixiao had nothing to be sad about; he had already been heartbroken at the very beginning.
Su Xin was definitely a very dangerous person. He had enough self-awareness5 not to provoke her lightly.
Anyway, she would be graduating from here in a year. Keeping her as a good friend wasn’t a bad idea. Why was there a need to cross the line and have some improper delusions? Besides, there were plenty of other girls.
Meng Zikun, however, seemed somewhat lost in thought. But he took a sip of alcohol, smiled, and thought that even so, it had nothing to do with him.
Su Xin seemed to not care in the slightest about what she had just done, and went back to the game.
The room returned to its previous liveliness, but there was no way Qiu Qingqing’s state of mind could return to how it was before.
Qiu Qingqing suddenly discovered that Truth or Dare was actually a pretty interesting game.
Qiu Qingqing drank her alcohol, licking the inside of her lips from time to time, as if the feeling of that fervent entanglement still lingered.
Qiu Qingqing let out a breath, suppressing the feelings in her heart.
She had known since she was young that she wasn’t quite normal. After those experiences, her desire to grasp what she wanted became even more pathological.
“I don’t know it’s just something about ya,
Got me feeling like I can’t be without ya,
Anytime someone mention your name,
I be feeling as if I’m around ya,
Ain’t no words to describe you baby,
All I know is that you take me high,
Can you tell that you drive me crazy……”
I don’t know this is just about you, it makes me feel I can’t be without you, anytime someone mentions your name, I feel as if I’m by your side, it’s not that there are no words to describe you baby, I only know you make me very happy, can you tell me you are about to drive me crazy.
“You are my homie lover and friend,
Exactly why,
You light me up inside……”
The name of this song was “Shower,” (Becky G) and the melody was very fast. The person holding the mic and singing didn’t sing this part; the female singer’s voice from the track was light and pleasant. Qiu Qingqing took a sip of her drink.
You are my lover and friend, exactly why, you have lit me up.
“Like the 4 th of july,
Whenever you’re around,
I always seem to smile,
And people ask me how,
Well you’re the reason why……”
Just like the 4th of July, no matter when you are around, I always smile, and people ask me how, you are the reason for the reason.
Qiu Qingqing watched Su Xin, who was playing happily over there and completely immersed in the game, and the corners of her mouth unconsciously turned up in a smile.
Coming here was a good choice. At least they could live so normally, even though they didn’t know why they had come.
They partied wildly until two in the morning before it ended. Then it was each to their own home, each to find their own mom6. Some who didn’t dare to go back stayed out for the night.
Su Xin and Qiu Qingqing returned to their own home. Although they had no memory of this home in their minds, their bodies were extremely familiar with the place.
The residential complex was not far from the school, making it convenient for them to attend classes, but it was a bit of a distance to get home now.
Qiu Qingqing rode an electric scooter in the front, with Su Xin sitting behind her.
Although both of them reeked of alcohol, neither was drunk.
“Do you mind what happened just now?”
Su Xin leaned against Qiu Qingqing, her voice a little lazy.
“I don’t.”
“I didn’t think you would. After all, it was my first time, okay? I was thinking to myself at the time, if you dared to refuse me, I’d beat you to the ground when we got back.”
“Are you sure you can beat me to the ground?”
“Want to go back and give it a try?”
“Speaking of which, we haven’t exchanged moves7 in several years, have we?”
“Indeed.”
“Anyway, we don’t have school tomorrow. How about we loosen up our muscles and bones8?”
“Good idea.”
Qiu Qingqing felt that she needed something to focus on to restrain the restlessness in her heart, and that something had to be related to Su Xin.
Su Xin and Qiu Qingqing cleared out an empty space. They agreed on no hitting the face; everything else was fair game.
Qiu Qingqing was pressed down by the force of an impact, and immediately bent her knee to counterattack.
What she had to do was not go easy9. At a time like this, using all of her skills was the greatest respect she could show Su Xin.
The back-and-forth exchange was filled with the sound of impacts that would make one’s teeth ache. Su Xin was kicked in the shoulder, and she swiftly grabbed the calf and pulled.
Evenly matched.
Su Xin shook her hair. After such intense exercise, her body was covered in sweat.
Qiu Qingqing felt her body was a bit more comfortable, no longer feeling stifled like before.
“Go take a shower. Later, see if you can find some medicinal oil10. There are several places that are swollen, and I guess yours are too.”
“Mm.”
Su Xin went to wash her hair and shower first. After getting ready, she came out, blew her hair until it was half-dry, and lay down on the bed.
The two of them lived in the same room. The bed was a double bed, there were two computers, one television, and the clothes in the wardrobe were split half and half—the clear signs of two people living together.
It was like this when Su Xin arrived, and she was too lazy to make any changes.
Su Xin sat on the bed playing on her phone for twenty minutes before Qiu Qingqing came in.
The smell of alcohol and sweat on both of them had long been washed away. Qiu Qingqing’s hair had dried a bit faster than Su Xin’s, and she walked to the bed holding the medicinal oil.
“Come on, you help me first.”
Su Xin was just wearing a loose pajama top. She took it off, placed it to the side, and lay on her stomach, continuing to play on her phone.
The last time they parted, they were both still little girls.
Time, ah, is truly a marvelous thing.
Qiu Qingqing opened the medicinal oil and began rubbing the red, swollen areas on Su Xin, then soothing her body.
“Mm-hmm, your technique seems to have improved.”
Su Xin stopped playing on her phone and closed her eyes, enjoying it.
Su Xin moved her body, put her top back on, and started to massage Qiu Qingqing.
She was well aware of which places on Qiu Qingqing’s body she had kicked or where her fists had struck hard.
Su Xin continued to press and press. Her technique was much worse than Qiu Qingqing’s, and there was no additional massaging.
“Done.”
It could be said that it was very swift and perfunctory.
Qiu Qingqing put on her pajamas, got off the bed, took her homework out of her schoolbag, and set up a small table on the bed.
“You go ahead and play. I’ll let you copy when I’m done.”
Su Xin looked at Qiu Qingqing’s serious side profile, leaned over, and gave her a kiss.
Qiu Qingqing’s hand trembled, and the character she was writing became a little misshapen.
